Return Policy
Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping charges. Return authorization is required prior to mailing back your merchandise. Please e-mail for preauthorization prior to sending merchandise back to us. An authorization will be given to you to write on the outside of the package. Packages not preauthorized will not be accepted. Additionally, the item must be in its new original condition, with tags still on the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibilty and will not be reimbursed. Shipping charges will be deducted from the return credit for those orders that received free shipping. Personalized items are not eligible for an exchange or refund. See store policies for more information.
