Store Policies
No sales tax for all states excluding Texas. Texas residents 8.25% sales tax added to order total as required by Texas state law.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The following are the shipping rates (U.S. orders only, International orders are not accepted at this time):

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Normally, your order will arrive within 7-10 business days of placing the order, but may take up to 14 days for personalized items which include monogramming and embroidery apparel. Once your order has been placed through our Web site, an order number will appear on the screen and you can use this number to check the status of your order on our Web site anytime. If your order is needed sooner, we'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs; please send an email to: info@whimsicalonesboutique.com and we will provide you with a quote on express delivery.
APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping via the U.S. Postal Service allows us to accommodate APO/FPO addresses, however we are unable to estimate the shipping times or track delivery for APO/FPO orders since the final stage of delivery is handled by the U.S. Military. Please email us for ordering instructions if your order will be shipped to an APO/FPO address.
We take great pride in ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Be sure and ask any questions you may have prior to placing your order, we want you to be informed about your purchase.
Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping charges. Return authorization is required prior to mailing back your merchandise. Please e-mail mona@whimsicalonesboutique.com for preauthorization prior to sending merchandise back to us. An authorization will be given to you to write on the outside of the package. Packages not preauthorized will not be accepted. Additionally, the item must be in its new original condition, with tags still on the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibilty and will not be reimbursed. Additionally, refunds subject to 3% processing fee.
Personalized items, which include monograms and embroidered designs, are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Please ensure accuracy of content before submitting order.
